Years ago I replaced the air filters with K&N on my 1990 Miata and a K&N cool air conversion on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. I have been happy with the results so when I replaced the 1990 Miata with a 2005 it only seemed practical to again use K&N. I noticed a increase in gas mileage, but cant say if I gained horsepower. I was introduced to K&N by a friend whos relative started the company and brought me literature after a visit, and will continue using them.
