Install couldn't be easier. Post install there is noticable extra power when accelerating to pass at freeway speed. No figment of the imagination as my wife and dad also noticed (and didn't know I put in a new filter). Getting an extra 3 miles per gallon highway haven't noticed an increase in city MPG.
